WBLA at ASU
Director of Merchandising
Sophomore Shadyn Russo was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Psychology.
Shadyn has been in WBLA for two years–she joined in August of 2023. She says that her “favorite thing about WBLA is definitely the photoshoots as well as connecting with such amazing like-minded women who are as passionate about their career aspirations as I am!”
In terms of professional development outside of WBLA, Shadyn has had the opportunity to be a Management Intern for Adaptive Intelligent Materials & Systems (AIMS) Center of Engineering at ASU. For other ASU organizations, she is currently a social media officer for the Sun Devil Birdies Club. She is also a Community Assistant for Best Hall and a W.P. Carey 101 Facilitator for freshmen.
A fun fact about Shadyn is that she owns 60 pairs of Crocs and has been on the Crocs Instagram page twice!
